The invention relates to a mixture composition based on spirulina, to a process for the preparation and to an ice cream food product based on the form of doses packed in 20 g paper sachets, consisting (in mass percent) of 30% spirulina, 50% this composition. The composition according to the invention is in honey bee powder or aloe vera and 20% guar gum or agar agar. The process according to the invention consists in homogenizing the spirulina with agar agar stabilizer, then honey or aloe vera is added in two steps, with homogenization, followed by decontamination, dosing, mixing and packaging in doses of 20 g.
