With the development of society, a large amount of garbage is generated from buildings, and a large number of residues will be left after garbage incineration. Landfill treatment will affect the environment and cause secondary pollution to the ecology. I have invented a new technology of curing bricks without burning, screening, crushing and filtering construction waste, adding curing agent (made of sulphur powder, sodium saccharin, pure water and brown sugar)directly curing and die-casting them into shape,and using after cooling and drying. Waterproof, moisture-proof and moisture-proof performance is very good, the wall does not need to be coated with mortar, and the hardness is twice that of ordinary clay bricks. The industrial cost is one-half of the clay bricks ($0.05 per block). The processing process realizes numerical control intelligence, and each set of brick processing requires 3 people, from feeding to screening → crushing → filtering → adding curing agent → die-casting forming, which can reduce labor costs by 60%. There is no waste, no waste water and no waste gas in the production process and no noise affecting the environment.The products have passed the quality inspection to meet the environmental protection standards. The technology of this project has 6 independent intellectual property protections. The transformation of the results has a good market prospect and economic benefits, and it can save 58 million yuan in environmental pollution treatment costs each year.
