The project design adopts the form of external support, which can effectively reduce the load acting on the sealing surface and reduce the wear of the sealing ring; The internal use of imported seals and anti spherical structure can effectively improve the pressure bearing capacity of the seal ring and the wear resistance of high-speed rotation; It adopts multi spring structure, elastic compensation, stable external support, suitable for high-speed rotating conditions, and the spring does not contact with the medium, which can effectively protect the service life of the spring. This design makes the rotary joint not affected by three kinds of shaking and jumping caused by high-speed operation of steam inlet pipe, water return pipe and inner pipe, which can effectively ensure the sealing reliability of the product and prolong the service life. At present, this series of products can withstand high temperature 235 ℃, the maximum speed of 400rpm, the maximum pressure of 2.5MPa, and the technical parameters are leading in the domestic similar products.
