Nowadays, the white porcelain on the market generally contains heavy metal impurities, easy to turn yellow. In the production process, the surface should be sprayed with a layer of porcelain glaze, to improve the luster and easy to clean. I have developed and invented the high-density silky jade porcelain on unglazed lamb fat white glutinous rice fetus: 1. Firstly, the ceramic raw material is sieved by electrolysis to remove heavy metal impurities; 2. After fine processing by ball mill, it can realize granular nano level; 3. After drying, the billets are put into the kiln and fired by charcoal kiln, from low temperature of 450℃ to 1350℃ gradually. The unique firing technique, based on the characteristics of raw material, the silky jade porcelain body has a large number of free quartz crystals and glass phases and secondary mullite needles crystals, presenting a warm, jade-like color and a crystalline luster. The high density of body and the low water absorption and porosity make it possible to use without adding color or spraying glaze, while the fetal bones are soft and supple, silky to the touch, and sound like chimes when knocking. My invention has changed the traditional production and processing technique, explored and inherited an intangible cultural heritage of porcelain artisan techniques. This technology has independent intellectual property protection, and it can be applied to traditional sculptural ceramics and daily life ceramics, with good market prospects and high conversion application prices, whose annual value of production is US$5.28 million. It is also comparable in terms of energy saving and efficiency reduction.
