Neonatal incubator that delivers a mixture of pressurized, heated and humidified air and oxygen to the airways of a newborn. The invention has a ventilator circuit with bacterial filters, a humidifier, and a thermal ring where a ventilator makes air circulates, which surrounds the newborn's capsule and keeps it at an adequate and constant temperature as well as it isolates from external noise. In addition, the thermal ring has low heat loss, which improves the performance of the equipment. On the other hand, the invention has a programmable electronic system with sensors to control the temperature, pressure and flow parameters of the patient.
